This Shipping & Refund Policy explains how orders are shipped, delivered, returned, and refunded when purchasing from earth-sync.com (“EarthSync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Policy
a. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During sale events or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
b. Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–8 business days

International: 7–14 business days (varies by country and customs)
All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, customs, or unexpected events are outside our control.
c. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
d. Shipping Address Issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

Packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Lost packages due to incomplete or invalid addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it after the customer pays the reshipment fee.
e. Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks the package as delivered, but you cannot locate it, you must contact the carrier directly.
We do not replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
2. Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our rules below before initiating a return.
a. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition

The original packaging must be included

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items returned used or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.
b. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include:

Used or opened items

Items damaged through misuse

Final-sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Mystery boxes (if applicable)
c. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not provide prepaid labels for buyer’s remorse returns.
d. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
e. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether it was approved.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable
f. Canceling an Order
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
For all other cases, a return must be completed, and a new order placed if desired.
4. International Customers
International buyers are responsible for:

These fees are not included in the purchase price.
We do not refund orders rejected due to unpaid customs duties.
