Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or unexpected events.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, you must contact the carrier directly.

Items must meet eligibility requirements to qualify for a refund. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
